Jìn guǎn zhè dào tí hěn nán，tā hái shì zuò chū lái le。
Even though it was a difficult question, he was able to do it.
即使你很忙，也得抽空来一趟。
Jí shǐ nǐ hěn máng，yě dé chōu kōng lái yī tàng。
Even if you are very busy, you’ll have to find time to (come and) visit.
这双鞋哪怕/就算穿十年，也穿不破。
Zhè shuāng xié nǎ pà /jiù suàn chuān shí nián，yě chuān bú pò 。
Even if you wear this pair of shoes for ten years, they will not wear out/you won’t wear them out.
