conjunction followed by conjunctive: 无论/不论…也 ‘still’, ‘in addition’/都 ‘all’, ‘in every case’ . . .

不管风多大,飞机还是照常起飞。

Bú guǎn fēng duō dà,fēi jī hái shì zhào cháng qǐ fēi。

No matter how strong the wind is, the plane will take off as usual.
