conjunction followed by conjunctive: 只有zhǐ yǒu…才cái… (lit.and only then)
只有大家互相支持，才能完成这项任务。
Zhǐ yǒu dà jiā hù xiàng zhī chí，cái néng wán chéng zhè xiàng rèn wù。
Only if we all support each other will we be able to complete this task.
Similarly, 只有zhǐ yǒu will have to be replaced by 要是yào shì if what is being viewed or argued has a negative perspective:
要是大家互相拆台，我们就无法完成这项任务。
Yào shì dà jiā hù xiàng chāi tái，wǒ men jiù wú fǎ wán chéng zhè xiàng rèn wù。
If we start getting in each other’s way, we won’t be able to complete this task.
(lit. If we hinder each other, there is no way we can complete this task.)
