This structure is more formal, and the verb appears before the prepositional phrase. 自 means ‘from’ and the verb is frequently 来, 出 or 发.
Jīn tiān wǒ xiǎng shuō jǐ jù fā zì (or chū zì )nèi xīn de huà 。
