Wéi shí me wǒ gēn tā chǎo jià de shí hòu ,nǐ zǒng shì tì tā (or bāng tā )shuō huà ?

Why do you always speak for her (meaning: take her side) when I argue with her?

今天我没空,你替我(or 帮我)去邮局拿包裹,好不好?
