What is the difference between 一匹剛買的馬 and 剛買的一匹馬?

Normally, the relative clause occurs after the determiner phrase.

 一匹剛買的馬 (y`ı-p¯ı g¯ang m˘ai de m˘a/ a horse that was just bought). 

However, the relative clause can also occur before the determiner phrase 一匹 (y¯ı-p¯ı) for emphasis.

 剛買的一匹馬 (g¯ang m˘ai de y`ı-p¯ı m˘a/ a horse that was just bought).
